Brandy Tasting in Zalău

Step into the world of soft flavors at Bădăcin Distillery. Let yourself be guided by the process of obtaining the magic liqueur by the distillator of Bădăcin Distillery. The story begins with the care of fruit trees, special attention is paid to each stage of distillate production, from manual picking or selection of fruits, exclusively, healthy, to the preparation of dregs, and its distillation, monitoring the technological flow and artisanal packaging of products.

Respecting the methods of ancient local customs, but also using state-of-the-art European technologies, " Bădăcin Brandy" produces a relatively small number of distillates from fruits produced, harvested and selected from Mr. Valentin Vălcăuan’s BIO orchards, organic plantations on the hills of the surroundings of Bădăcin. Having the vision of perpetuating the traditions of the area and relying exclusively on the pursuit of quality.

Valentin Vălcăuan obtained an original Romanian product, with noble features, in the descent of local traditions, a premium brandy, competitive anywhere, outside the country, with which the Transylvanian ancestors would have boasted, without a doubt. We pay special attention to each stage of distillate production, from the manual picking or selection of fruits, exclusively, healthy, to the preparation of the dregs, the supervision of the technological flow and to the artisanal packaging of the products.

Depending on the season and the meteorological conditions, the orchard / vineyard can be visited.

The experience includes:
- orchard tour;
- presentation of the process and technological flow, from fruit picking to the distillation process;
- questions and answers;
- tasting of assortments of brandy (7-10), together with specific fresh pies from Bădăcin, plus a plate with local goodies (bacon, cheese, onions and vegetables from own production BIO - seasonal).

The tasting ends with the possibility of purchasing your favorite brandies at special prices.

In order to book this experience, it is required a minimum of 5 persons and a maximum of 30.
