If you want a quiet and relaxing flight, the solution is to try the hot air balloon. If during your childhood, you encountered one of Jules Verne's novels "Five Weeks in a Balloon", this activity would surely be a dream fulfilled.

The hot air balloon rises from 60 up to 300m, but the balloons may fly slightly above the tree tops, or even over ten thousand meters. Everything depends on the wind speed. In a balloon, there can be 4 passengers and the pilot.

There are different types of flight:
- captive flight (anchored) - anchored rise and descent: Monday - Thursday: 20:30-22:30.
- recreational flight - subject to flight and weather conditions: Monday - Sunday.

Fly over Mountain Landscape 

Helicopter flights are operated all year round, from dawn to dusk, 7 days a week, in any season, the only requirement being a minimum visibility of 800m and a cloud ceiling. Any flight requires prior appointment and we recommend that the appointment is made as early as possible. The main breaks when the engine shuts down are not calculated at the total flight time.

It is highly recommended that every person should have at least one thick coat, raincoat and suitable road shoes - as comfortable as possible. Excursions to tourist attractions that are visited throughout the journey are made under the customer's own responsibility.

The price does not include entries to tourist attractions or food.

Duration: 9:00—17:00. 

Transportation: helicopter only, with 4 uncounted main breaks (4 main landmarks, of which one will be lunch break). 

Difficulty degree: easy for all ages or medium.

Short breaks that can be taken on the route (recommended, up to 5 minutes for pictures, only if desired, without the possibility of stopping the engine, i.e. these pauses will automatically add the total flight time, they are optional and are chosen directly by the customer): 
- going- passing over Gilau Lake, the Dam of Tarnita, the area of Unguru Mare Cave, Vantu Cave and Vadu Crisului (recommended minimum: 5 + 5 + 5 = 15 minutes); 
- returning - flyover the Tara Motilor, Belis Lake, Turzii Gorge and Tureni Gorge (recommended minimum: 5 + 5 + 5 + 5 = 20 minutes). 

4 main breaks not counted at total flying time: 
- Vadu CrisuluI Cave (visit), Farcu Crystal Mine (visit), Meziad Cave (visit), Bears' Cave (visit and lunch 13:30 - 14:30).

Introductory Flight - Ploiești

If you have ever dreamed of becoming a pilot, you are passionate about flying or you want to overcome this fear, the experience offered by a simulator is 100% authentic. We offer you the most innovative Boeing 737 cockpit in Romania, where you can discover your piloting skills. We will meet in the morning and get to know each other while drinking our coffee or tea. We will present the JETAV team, the administrative staff and the responsible pilot.
We will continue with an individual briefing (20 minutes) in which we will reach the following points:
- little aviation history;
- presentation of the B737 aircraft - the best-selling passenger aircraft;
- cockpit presentation (flight commands / indicators / flight equipment / control panels);
- presentation B737 “procedures and checklist”.
The flight in individual simulator, the most awaited moment of the experience, will last one hour and will include:
- positioning on a favorite airport with a special view;
- preparing the cabin according to preflight / before start / before taxi / before takeoff procedures;
- take-off and take-off after takeoff;
- flight maneuvers with and without autopilot with and without “Flight Director”;
- landing briefing descend / approach checklist;
- failed landing;
- full stop landing.
In the debriefing part we will answer questions and aviation curiosities and we will present courses and modules of aviation school for private pilots-PPL and commercial pilots-CP.
We end the day with a giveaway:
- group and individual pictures;
- buy souvenir memory experience JETAV.

Flights are be operated throughout the year from sunrise to sunset, 7 days a week in any season, only with a minimum visibility of 800m and a cloud ceiling of at least 350m.
