The Ghimes Valley is the ideal location for a horse sleigh ride.

Coursing through the snow-covered trees and charming landscapes, the horse-drawn sleigh and the sound of the bells will lead you into a enchanted world.

The ride contains a walk of approximately 1,5 - 2 hours with a horse sleigh. The ride starts in front of the church in Poiana Fagului and in the center of the Soimeni village.

The sleigh can hold comfortably 4-5 people, so please notify us of your participation at least one day before, so we have time to prepare the exact number of seats. 

Equipment: clothing depending on weather conditions, mountain shoes, gloves.

Language guidance: English, Romanian, Hungarian.

40km away from Curtea de Arges, between the slopes Pleasa and Vidraru, on Transfagarasan road, there are the Vidraru Lake and the Vidraru Dam surrounded by mountains, forests, and fresh mountain air, which offers you an ideal location for extreme sports. 

The trees, the mountain, the heights, the tunnels dug in the stone, the valleys leading to the forests, the rugged terrain, the off-road paths, and the Transfagarasan itself form an ideal scenario to rent an ATV.

Reserve the Moto CF ATVs with one or two seats to enjoy the fresh air and adrenaline of your tracks. Our ATVs are comfortable, safe, and versatile to give you the experience you wish. 

For the hourly rental, the fuel is included in the price. For an all-day rental, you will receive the ATV full of gas and we kindly ask you to return it with a full one too, so that others will enjoy the same experience in the nature.

Project Selena in Bucharest

We offer you American squash courts, the game being faster and more technical than the English version.

Squash is played by two players. Each uses a very light racquet. The racquet is similar to the tennis one, with shorter handle and slightly longer shape. The ball is made of rubber, approximately the size of a table tennis ball. 

The balls are marked with a paint point to distinguish them between several categories: yellow dot - super slow (advanced); white or green dot – slow; red dot – medium; blue dot – fast (beginners).

The court is surrounded by 4 walls. Rectangles are drawn on the floor at the rear of the court. They are used for serving.

When players arrive on the field, a warm-up game of about 5 minutes is recommended.

The warm-up has two purposes:
- warming up the players;
- heating the ball (the ball bounces better if heated).

Access on the field is only allowed with sports equipment (e.g.: shorts, T-shirt, sports footwear that leaves no marks on the parquet), which facilitates the hygiene of players.

To avoid unnecessary injury, make a deep warm-up of wrists and muscles before you start the game.

For safety reasons we recommend the use of protective goggles.

Players are responsible for destroying the rented equipment. Active Squash can claim compensation if it was caused intentionally.

We are not responsible for any injury that may occur during the game.

Entering the field, the player must declare he is fit to practice squash, being a sport that requires a high physical effort.

Non-sportive behavior, intimidating your opponent, obscenities are not accepted on the field.

Active Squash in Bucharest

Nature and wood await you. Log houses that tell stories. Resin-smelling houses. Houses that may not offer you the comfort of your home, but they give you much more: the return to you. The Christmas tree, the wood of the Hecaș houses, is considered in many cultures the divine tree, a source of energy that symbolizes essential features of the divinity such as immortality, the emotion of courage and victory.

“HeCăsuța Mică” is the home of our stories. It is the perfect place for warm families who love hugs and goodwill. Our little house shelters a living room with a sofa bed, a triple bedroom and a double bed in “Cucuveaua” as only the houses in the story can have. What do we love most about “HeCăsuța Mică”? The warmth it transmits us, from the first step. Breakfast included.

We have prepared a one-day adventure with Can-am Maverick buggy and a traditional Romanian lunch on top of the mountains. Departure is at 10.00 in the morning, arrival at 16.00. Maximum capacity 4 people.

All meals will be prepared by our chef and they will be served in the restaurant area or in the gazebos. Access with food or drink from outside is not allowed (except for guests with special diets caused by food intolerances / allergies), as you will find everything you need here. You can inform us in advance the menu you want.

Escapade at "HeCăsuța Mică" and Buggy Tour - Siriu

Let's find the secrets of the stone fortress on a route along the Craiului's paths, through the stone ornaments and on the narrow ridges. 

There will be short stops at the Curmatura Cabin and a lot of adventure on the portion of route designed with cables.

The hike is a circuit type and lasts 8-9 hours.

If external factors do not allow a shift to take place, it may be rescheduled in agreement with the organizer.

 4x4 Trip around Cluj

Fitness camp is a physical training program, derived from military training methods, adapted to be practiced by anyone, regardless of physical condition, age, sex, or body weight. This module is ideal for those who, for various reasons, do not enter a gym. It is the opportunity to discover the pleasure of physical effort in the open air, in a picturesque landscape, with "comrades" with a comparable sports training.

The program provides the participant with the acquisition of methods and means of physical training, notions of nutrition that can be put into daily practice at home, and in time it will help you improve your physical condition by increasing exercise capacity, muscle strength, correcting wrong body postures, body weight control. During the program, the participants will be part of a work team, and they will pass together the tests given by the instructors.

The team will be composed of physical education and sports teachers, fitness instructors, instructors of various sports and mountain activities. The "Fitness Camp" program takes place between Friday and Sunday and it will include every day, 2 exercise sessions that require sustained effort and mountain activities or inspired by military training, moderate physical exercise, relaxing and fun: orientation with map, survival scenarios, canoe rides, etc.

In this module of physical training, the emphasis will be on a healthy nutrition, meant to ensure the necessary energy in conditions of effort, being the ideal moment for the beginning of a balanced, correct diet. Trainers will present nutrition classes during your meals, so that you can put the eating methods into practice every day. Foods with a low carbohydrate intake will be consumed: cooked vegetables/ grilled with butter, baked meat, different kinds of salads, fried trout, baked omelets, sheep milk cheese, homemade yogurt, polenta, etc.

Equipment included:
- Fitness Camp T-shirt and cap, isoprene, dumbbells, fitness step, etc;
- all equipment necessary for outdoor activities.

Mandatory equipment:
- casual sports shoes, tracksuits, shorts;
- outdoor boots/ boots - preferably used;
- windbreaker, several pairs of sports socks.

For this experience, a minimum of 10 persons and a maximum of 40 persons is required.

To successfully escape, players must use cooperative teamwork, problem-solving skills and precise timing to solve riddles and find their way out of this room-scale experience. Players start the adventure by choosing their avatar from among six diverse characters, and can customize them with Ancient Greek accessories.

On Sunday, we invite you again with our electric bicycles in the area that has conquered our hearts – The Land of the Blue Butterfly, the place where Transylvania plain meets Subcarpathians Somes Plateau. 

Under the non-invasive influence of the inhabitants, the meadows that shape the land have preserved themselves and remained the only home for all the species of Phengaris butterflies, the blue butterfly being the symbol of this land itself.

We will follow a circuit trail on narrow roads and green paths with astonishing views and we will stop at Delicium farm - Jams and Syrups for a well-deserved stop with snacks based on local products. 

We will cycle at a light pace to enjoy everything that this landscape offers us and we will return to the starting point nourishing with another unique experience lived two steps away from Cluj-Napoca.

Meeting point and time:
- Auchan parking lot on the Labor Boulevard, Cluj-Napoca – 10:00 meeting with Andrei.

Difficulty:
- light-to-medium journey, approximately 5-6 hours, 40 km round-trip with the level difference of 350 meters;
- the route is recommended for adults (over 18 years old) who are in moderate physical condition and who rode a bicycle at least once in the last 6-12 months;
- easy pace with relaxation breaks and photo sessions;
- the tour will be held even in unstable weather conditions (light averse or cloudy sky), the equipment is very important.

Equipment: 
- Sports footwear comfortable for cycling; 
- Synthetic or merino T-shirt;
- Spare T-shirt;
- Rain coat/ cloak;
- Sunscreen, tick and mosquito repellent;
- Water bottle (recommended 2 liters);
- Medicinal products (as appropriate, according to the needs of each participant);
- Energy bars.

In translation, it would be "the iron road". Basically, there are mixed routes of hiking and climbing, equipped with metallic elements: iron steps, piton racks, culverts.

The destination of the day will be Baia de Fier, Gorj county in the area known as Oltenia under the Mountain. Here, the Galbenul River made its way through the mountain sides of the Parang Mountains, creating spectacular gorges and digging numerous caves.
