A session lasts 50 minutes and it is addressed individually both to children over 5 years and adults.

Inline skating is one of the most relaxing, fun and healthy experiences for both children and adults.

For the last 12 years, we have been teaching children and adults to rollerblade in order to fully enjoy the freedom that this sport has to offer.

The wind that will animate your hair, the smiles and giggles of the little ones, but especially the feeling of peace at the end of the day will be the result of outdoor, controlled and safe skating.

Considered the best cardio exercise in Western Europe, rollerblading and fitness bring the same benefits as jogging but 50% less shock to the joints.

Roller skating is an effective sport, but especially relaxing, when the basics are taught by an experienced instructor.

The training for a person, with a personal trainer, is dedicated to those who want all the attention of the instructor. Generally, individual training is much more effective in terms of learning.

In order to fully enjoy the benefits of rollerblading and the freedom that this sport has to offer, we recommend that you repeat this experience twice a week, for at least three weeks.

Because the packages are dedicated both to beginners and those who already know the basics of roller skating, in an individual training you can learn:

Beginners:
- the basics of correct running on rollerblades;
- three types of braking of different efficiencies and difficulties;
- the correct and safe turn of the curves, at the maximum efficiency, regardless the degree or speed;
- how to fall correctly when wearing the rollerblades, with the protective equipment mounted.

Medium level:
- increase the speed;
- slalom among milestones;
- the step added when changing the direction;
- raising the foot when passing over dangerous obstacles;
- low jumps over small obstacles;
- braking in difficult situations, such as steep slopes or rough terrain;
- improving the reaction time in difficult situations, such as obstacles that appear in our way and take us by surprise;
- introduction of basic techniques in freestyle slalom, freeride, slides, etc. depending on the disciplines chosen by the student.

Advanced level:
- fitness on rollerblades;
- freestyle slalom;
- freeride and high jumps, over medium and large obstacles.

Tuesday - Sunday: 18:00 - 21:00.

Have a rest in the middle of nature, away from the bustle of the city, discover Vârghiș Gorges, the hidden gem between Harghita and Perșani Mountains. With the help of a professional guide, along the 4 km route, you will discover natural miracles hidden in colossal cliffs.

Crossing suspended bridges, you can visit more than 100 caves, including the famous Meresti Cave, one of the longest caverns in the Eastern Carpathians, housing many living creatures, the main ones being the bats. 

At Meresti village (75km from Sighisoara, 85km from Brasov), you will meet your guide and you will reach the northern entrance of the gorge on forest roads. You will learn about the canyon formation, you will find out the myths and legends about this fabulous place and you will discover caves with invertebrates and impressive bats colonies.

After the route, you can visit a local family and their cheese-making workshop where you can taste traditional products.

Ski Courses for Kids and Adults - Buscat Slope

Visit Lake Saint Anne - the only crater lake in Romania located in the volcanic crater of the volcano named Ciomatu Mare of the Eastern Carpathians, near Tusnad in the Natural Reserve of Mohos, Harghita.

Continue to drive to Miercurea Ciuc to visit the manufacture and have a beer tasting. Here you will have the opportunity to have a detailed tour and description of the technology used + unlimited beer consumption. After the visit, free time at the souvenir market.

Before lunch, we will make a short stop at the Franciscan Church of Sumuleu Ciuc, one of the most famous architectural monuments, being the most important place of pilgrimage in Transylvania.

After the traditional lunch, the owner will show you the farm and the water mill, will be a rural experience as in the stories of childhood .

The tour starts with Peles Palace in Sinaia - the Pearl of the Carpathians.
