Defensive Driving Course - Advanced by Titi Aur

This is an individual course with a dedicated trainer that will help you grind your defensive driving style. The process includes an initial step to assess your specific problems in different open traffic possibilities and then addressing them. Once this level is completed, you will be able to recognize traffic hazards, anticipate and prioritize them so you can avoid extreme situations. You will also be able to manage the space – time – speed relationship in order not to make last-minute decisions, which most of the time could be wrong.

09:00 - 12.30 THEORETICAL COMPONENT:
THE THEORETICAL PART of the defensive driving training deals with topics that clarify notions about efficient, economical and safe driving in different types of traffic: congested urban, extra-urban, motorway, etc. On this occasion, the following will be presented: accident avoidance techniques through correct anticipation and recognition of potential danger, types of appropriate reaction and positive attitude in traffic.

09:00 – 12.30 THEORETICAL MODULE:
- Introduction and comparative statistics on road accidents;
- Common causes of accidents;
- Approach to road traffic;
- Safety circle;
- Vehicle control methods;
- Types of traffic hazards;
- Driving plan;
- Observation techniques;
- Attitude in traffic;
- Journey management.

13:00 – 16:00 PRACTICAL MODULE:

The practical part of the training is for assessment to the driver in congested urban, extra-urban or motorway traffic conditions and the degree of risk of being involved in a road accident. It is carried out with the car that the customer is currently driving, and at the end, a report will be drawn up, which will include advice to correct any deficiencies found and it will be handed to the trainee.

- Demonstration drive with explanations from the trainer
- Drive carried out by the trainee under the guidance of the trainer
- Drive carried out by the trainee which will be assessed by the trainer according to pre-established criteria

16:30 - 17:00 Final discussion, Award of diplomas

The result is a training with defensive driving techniques and tactics, which takes place in two stages over one day (09:00 - 17:00).
