Kayak on Vidraru Lake

Our mountains are wild and picturesque. What could be more spectacular than floating among them, on the water, in a kayak?
We have 2 days at our disposal to discover Lake Vidraru, which is located at the foot of the Fagaras mountains.

The program is as follows: on Saturday morning we will meet at the designated place on the shore of Vidraru lake.
We will give a short presentation of the tour, the necessary instruction and we will settle in with the kayak. We start for the Calugarita waterfall, in a trip of about 4 hours (15 km), during which we will relax and enjoy the incredible panorama that the Fagaras mountains offer.
In the evening, we moored the kayaks in the place where we left. Those who want to try the stand-up paddle board can do so, because we provide you with at least one such board. Then we will enjoy a campfire, accompanied by the guitar (we hope that our voices will also help).

Sunday morning we have breakfast and get ready to row, this time over a distance of 10 km. In this 2-day tour, we will stay at cottages by the lake or, for those who wish, at the big cabin.

Included in the price: kayak and the necessary equipment (vest, paddle), SUP board, guitar, photos, campfire. Not included in the price: transport, accommodation. You can stay in cottages (60 lei/person/night - in a cottage with 2 places).

Our activities take place in nature. Due to the weather and under certain circumstances, the start/end time may change.

Also, the proposed route can be modified depending on the weather conditions or depending on the level of preparation of the participants.

In case of storm or completely unfavorable weather, the tour is postponed.
