Kayak on Paltinu, the Emerald Lake

Paltinu is a very beautiful lake, located in Prahova County. It is located an hour and a half away from Bucharest or Brasov, on the Doftana Valley.

Once we arrive at the meeting place, we will become acquainted with each other and receive the equipment. Whether you are a beginner or advanced, we offer training on what to do when you are in a kayak.

After we familiarize with the kayaks, we will travel about 3 hours (10-12km), in a fairytale setting, surrounded by mountains and forests.

During the summer months, Paltinu Lake has an emerald-green color, and in autumn the forests dress their rust-colored leaves.

Our activities take place in nature. Due to the weather and in certain circumstances, the start/ end time may change.

Also, the proposed route can be modified depending on the weather conditions or depending on the degree of preparation of the participants.

In case of storm or completely unfavorable weather, the ride is postponed.
