If you wanted to try different types of yoga therapy, then this is for you: 10 practice sessions you can choose from the monthly calendar, with our advice, of course.
Depending on your health, ailments, needs, goals, we will recommend a practice schedule.
We offer daily practice sessions, of which you will surely find something that suits you.
The usual kinds of therapy we teach at the studio are:
- yoga for beginners;
- back therapy;
- kriya classes;
- breathing classes;
- meditation classes;
- prenatal yoga.
Sessions are valid for 30 days from the start of the first session.
During this period, to keep participants safe, classes will be online on the Zoom platform.
The classes are live, interactive - the teacher corrects, guides and helps just as they would in the studio.
Positive energy can be received anywhere, with energy there is no limitation that the physical body has.
The level of openness and intimacy of practice is maintained even in these online sessions.
Experience Rules
Each participant is recommended the suitable classes depending on their health condition, the level of stress, etc.
We will discuss in advance so that we can recommend the appropriate therapies.
