The Nirvana Yoga Relaxation Package consists of 5 individual practice sessions on 5 consecutive days.
Each package is tailored to the needs and goals of each participant.
Classes can be held in Romanian with Romanian teachers or with Indian teachers in English. All Nirvana Yoga teachers are qualified by the Nirvana Yoga Institute in Kerala, India.
Depending on your needs, we can do a mix of practices from the list below:
- Dynamic/breathing/joint exercises;
- Asana Kriya sequence;
- Yoga postures;
- deep relaxation technique;
- pranayama (breathing);
During Covid, in order to keep participants safe, the classes will be online on the Zoom platform.
The classes are live, interactive, the teacher corrects, guides and helps just as they would in studio classes.
Positive energy is received everywhere. With energy there is no limitation that the physical body has.
Even in these online sessions, the level of openness and intimacy of practice is maintained.
Nirvana Yoga is an individualized practice. Once you purchase the package, we will have an initial discussion in which we will determine which are the appropriate yoga therapies and the class schedule.
