Improvisation is a method increasingly used in business with very good results. So good that major business schools such as UCLA's Anderson School of Management, Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, MIT's Sloan School of Management, Columbia Business School, etc. have introduced improvisation into the curriculum.

Through improvisation games participants will have to do everything with commitment, initiative and support each other. The proposed activities take place in a relaxed atmosphere, full of fun and energy, and are exercises in communication, concentration, imagination and team coordination.

The workshops are interactive, involving movement and active participation. The materials used are sometimes (depending on the exercises and objectives) made by the participants themselves, which is an activity itself.

Safety rules and social distancing:
Each team will be assigned a large space, allowing each participant to maintain a minimum distance of 2 metres from their peers.
Participants will wear gloves and health masks.
Disinfectants and disposable products will be used at all times.
