Masterchef Challenge

The Masterchef challenge is the perfect choice for successful team building, while giving you team efficiency, quality time, unplugging, creative skills, learning about balanced nutrition and healthy ingredients.

The teams will be engaged in a tasty competition to plan, organize and assimilate. Spectacular ingredients and state-of-the-art equipment will be at participants' disposal. And celebrity entertainers will delight in culinary team building.

Grouped into teams, participants must plan a menu, share responsibilities and work against the clock to complete the cooking challenge. A Chef Trainer will supervise the whole activity and will intervene with suggestions, opinions and new rules. Throughout the programme, new elements will appear such as: changing work tables between teams, making it compulsory to use a certain ingredient, giving up one of the main cooking tools, etc.

At the end, each team has to present its menu in front of a jury consisting of a trainer and representatives from the company's board.
