An activity dedicated to companies interested in offering healthy eating alternatives to employees as part of encouraging energy and productivity during working hours.

We host health workshops on healthy eating in the comfort of your office space and are dedicated to all employees. We present eating alternatives that increase energy levels and boost productivity throughout the day.
Our workshops consist of answering questions on nutrition, presentation of recipes, and how to build a nutritionally correct meal, as well as what activities are necessary to ensure a healthy lifestyle.

We use fresh and local ingredients to build delicious and nutritious plant-based meals, thus the vibe at the office will gravitate around creativity and inspiration.

The duration of the workshop is of two hours with all logistics being covered by us.

What is being healthy?

The sessions consist of building your own bowl with the ingredients provided by us. A nutrition expert will help guide participants by providing nutritional information and guidance.

Each participant will build a veggie bowl, and a fruity bowl and receive a smoothie. Each bowl weighs 350 grams and the smoothie weighs 250 grams.

We will have 20 people/workshop, but it is adaptable to your needs.
