E-Bike Tour in the Butterfly Land Cluj

On Sunday, we invite you again with our electric bicycles in the area that has conquered our hearts – The Land of the Blue Butterfly, the place where Transylvania plain meets Subcarpathians Somes Plateau.

Under the non-invasive influence of the inhabitants, the meadows that shape the land have preserved themselves and remained the only home for all the species of Phengaris butterflies, the blue butterfly being the symbol of this land itself.

We will follow a circuit trail on narrow roads and green paths with astonishing views and we will stop at Delicium farm - Jams and Syrups for a well-deserved stop with snacks based on local products.

We will cycle at a light pace to enjoy everything that this landscape offers us and we will return to the starting point nourishing with another unique experience lived two steps away from Cluj-Napoca.

Meeting point and time:
- Auchan parking lot on the Labor Boulevard, Cluj-Napoca – 10:00 meeting with Andrei.

Difficulty:
- light-to-medium journey, approximately 5-6 hours, 40 km round-trip with the level difference of 350 meters;
- the route is recommended for adults (over 18 years old) who are in moderate physical condition and who rode a bicycle at least once in the last 6-12 months;
- easy pace with relaxation breaks and photo sessions;
- the tour will be held even in unstable weather conditions (light averse or cloudy sky), the equipment is very important.

Equipment:
- Sports footwear comfortable for cycling;
- Synthetic or merino T-shirt;
- Spare T-shirt;
- Rain coat/ cloak;
- Sunscreen, tick and mosquito repellent;
- Water bottle (recommended 2 liters);
- Medicinal products (as appropriate, according to the needs of each participant);
- Energy bars.

Minimum number of participants 4 and maximum 7.
