Do you want to be a captain? SetSail is waiting for you at motor and sailing driving courses! The practical sailing courses take place at our base from the Black Sea, in Limanu, in the most modern marina in Romania - for sailboats, either near Bucharest, for small motor boats, in the most beautiful hidden area of ​​Snagov Lake - Snagov Delta . During this period, the theoretical courses moved online, on Zoom. We will send you a personalized package by courier, with all the necessary course materials. In addition to materials, you also have access to our dedicated platform, where you will find course support, course recordings if you fail to participate live online, tests and simulations needed to prepare for the ANR exam. according to Romanian legislation?

Whether you are an absolute novice in the nautical world, you know the theory at home or you already have experience at sea, we have the right course for your level (C / D / S / B / A).

What can you do after classes? After taking the ANR exam, you can rent boats and spend memorable water holidays with friends and family (individually or with the SetSail fleet on school expeditions), you can explore fairytale bays and wonderful areas where the only access is by water, you can discover the better fishing spots, and if you are competitive, come and be part of a regatta crew!

- Class C (coastal up to 6 nautical miles);
- class D (inland waters, Delta, Danube);
- 4 days;
- online theory on ZOOM (3 days, Monday-Wednesday 17: 00-21: 00);
- practice on Snagov Lake (1 day, Thursday).

What do we learn? Boat construction, seafaring, motor ship maneuvering, ship vitality, engines and installations on board, navigation, legislation, COLREG and RND.
