Move & Play | Concept For Mums & Toddlers in Constanța

Move & Play for mums and toddlers (3 - 6 years old) is a concept that comes to your aid and allows you to have an hour of relaxation just for you, while your children blossom harmoniously.

This will no longer be a problem!

The moms will keep themselves fit through workouts such as Zumba Fitness, Barre, Functional Training, Barre and Zumba, while toddlers have a blast in the next room at introductory classes in Ballet, Ministreet and Folk Dance.

In addition to these classes, we willl hold monthly mother-child bonding sessions, parenting seminars or socializing parties!

Schedule:
Monday - 17:00 - Zumba Fitness (moms) & Ministreet (children);
Wednesday -17:00 - Functional Training (moms) & Ballet Initiation (children);
Saturday - 12:00 - Classic Barrè (moms) & Folk Dance (children).
