NEVERSEA Festival

Regulation on the purchase in installments of tickets for the "NEVERSEA" festival, 2022 edition, from July 7-10, 2022.

I. PREAMBLE

This Regulation applies to the purchase of tickets for the Neversea Festival 2022 Edition (hereinafter "the Festival"), organized by our Partner NEVERSEA S.R.L. and only to persons (hereinafter "Customer") who:
- have a valid account on the 'Extasy' application;
- buy the Festival ticket on the Extasy application, online, with a bankcard;
- purchase the ticket to the Festival and wish to benefit from the facility to pay in installments the ticket thus purchased.
Online payment by bankcard is the simplest and fastest method of payment, which is why Customers who are holders of a credit or debit card of any kind (for example: VISA, Mastercard) can purchase Festival tickets, and the payment will be made in one, two, three, four, five, six or seven installments, depending on the installment plan chosen and the type of ticket desired, in compliance with the Regulation.

This Regulation contains the provisions that each Customer undertakes to comply with.

The regulation is available free of charge to any Customer and can be consulted on www.extasy.com, in the regulation section.

Prior to/ after the purchase of a Festival ticket in the above conditions, the Customers assume the obligation to consult both the Extasy application to find out the conditions of purchase, the terms and conditions of the Regulation, and the website of our Partner NEVERSEA SRL, respectively neversea.com, to find out the latest information about the tickets purchased as well as the participation on the Festival.

II. TYPES OF TICKETS THAT CAN BE PURCHASED WITH PAYMENT IN INSTALLMENTS
The tickets offered by our Partner are of the following: General Access, General Access Risk Free and VIP, each type of ticket having a different price. For more information on tickets, you can consult the page of our Partner neversea.com in the section regulations.
The number of installments that are offered for the purchase of tickets are:
- 1 - 7 (between one and seven) equal rates installments - for General Access and General Access Risk free tickets;
- 1 - 7 (between one and seven) equal installments - for VIP tickets;
III. TICKET PURCHASE CONDITIONS. PAYMENT PROCEDURE. INSTALLMENTS
In order to purchase a ticket under the above conditions and to benefit from the facility to pay in installments the purchased ticket, the following steps must be followed:
1. Authentication in the user account of the Extasy application;
2. In the order process, select the option Online payment by bankcard in the application and enter in the payment page the number of the bankcard which will be used to make the payment. The system will automatically detect if it is a card eligible for payment in installments at one of the partner banks and will display the number of installments for which the Customer is eligible (possible options: minimum 1 or maximum 7 installments according to those mentioned above, depending on the ticket type to be purchased), respectively the amount corresponding to each installment;
3. Online payments will be processed directly by the issuing bank through the BT Pay platform. The payment system is secured to the highest standards, including 3D Secure;
4. Attention! The purchase of tickets by this mean is conditioned by the payment when placing the order of the first installment;
5. The amounts afferent to the installments will be withdrawn from the Customer’s account starting with the date established by the user in the application. By purchasing the ticket and paying the first installment, the Customer takes the responsibility to pay the installments in full and to supply their bank account with the amount necessary to pay them;
6. For the payment of each installment, the payment processor will take 3 (three) attempts to debit the account. The first of them starting with the due date, respectively the date chosen by the user, and the rest will be done in the next 7 days.
7. Each Customer expressly assumes that, if any of the installments will not be paid, the purchased ticket will be cancelled (the access to the Festival will not be guaranteed) and the amounts previously paid (whatever their number) will not be retrieved and they will remain the property of the Partner).
8. The ownership of the ticket will be transferred to the Customer after the payment of the last installment.
9. Starting with 14.04.2022, for every Neversea ticket purchased through Extasy, both in instalments and fully paid, you will receive 1500 coins back in the app (equivalent to 150 lei), which you can use for any future experience. In case of a return of the General Access Risk Free ticket, the 1500 coins received as a bonus will be withdrawn. If the bonus has already been used for other experiences, it will be deducted from the ticket price.

We reserve the right to amend or change this Regulation, and such amendments will enter into force after their publication in the Extasy application, in the regulation section.
