CAMPAIGN RULES
ORDER UNTOLD 2023 FESTIVAL TICKETS IN INSTALMENTS

I. PREAMBLE
The campaign "Order in instalments tickets to the Untold Festival, 2023 edition" (hereinafter referred to as "the Festival") is organized by the company UNTOLD PRODUCTION SRL, a Romanian legal entity with registered office in Cluj-Napoca, Eremia Grigorescu 122A Street, Cluj county, registered in the Trade Register of the Cluj Court with no. J12/5129/26.10.2021, with Tax Registration Code 45114420 and applies to persons (hereinafter "Client") who:
- hold a valid account in the "Extasy" application or Extasy platform;
- pay the price of the Festival Pass (hereinafter referred to as the "Ticket"), in instalments, via the Extasy App or on the website www.extasy.com, online, with a bank card;

At the time of entry you accept sole responsibility for deciding whether your participation is legal under any jurisdiction applicable to you. By entering the Campaign, you agree to these Rules and to the fact that the decisions of the Organizer are final and binding with respect to the Campaign.

Online payment by bank card is the easiest and quickest method of payment, which is why Customers who are holders of a credit or debit card of any kind (e.g. VISA, Mastercard) can purchase a ticket/tickets for participation in the Festival, with payment to be made in a maximum of eight instalments, as it follows.

These Rules contain the provisions that each Customer undertakes to observe and to which he/she declares his/her agreement.

The Rules are available free of charge to any Customer in the Extasy App and on the website www.extasy.com.

II. RIGHT OF PARTICIPATION
Any natural or legal person, resident in Romania, with full legal capacity, who purchases a ticket/ tickets during the period mentioned below, within the limits of the available stock of the Organizer, may participate in this campaign.

III. CAMPAIGN PERIOD AND LOCATION
The campaign will run on the Extasy App and on the website www.extasy.com, from 28.11.2022 to 15.07.2023.

IV. INFORMATION ON THE PRODUCTS INVOLVED IN THE CAMPAIGN AND THE CAMPAIGN MECHANISM
Any natural or legal person who places an order for one of the Festival passes can enjoy the payment of the price in instalments.
The passes that can be purchased in instalments are:
Standard General Access Basic Pass - guarantees the Customer’s access to the Festival for the entire duration of the Festival, from the first day until the end of the Festival.
Standard Risk-free Pass - guarantees the Customer’s access to the Festival for the entire duration of the Festival, as well as the right to a refund in case of no-show, according to the conditions set by the Organizer.
V.I.P. - guarantees the Client access to the Festival for the entire duration of the Festival, from the first day until the end of the Festival. VIP Pass holders are granted access to a specially designed bar area with premium drink options.
The VIP pass is for people over 18 years old.

Each person can order as many tickets as they wish, with the number of instalments in which the price can be paid being determined according to the exact date the ticket is ordered:
● Tickets to be purchased in November, 2022, will be payable in a maximum of 8 (eight) instalments. The first instalment + the 50 lei fee requested by Extasy for processing the order will be charged at the time of the order, and the following instalments can be paid within a maximum of 30 days, calculated from the date of the Customer's last payment.
● Tickets to be purchased in December 2022 may be paid in a maximum of 7 (seven) instalments, the first instalment + the 50 lei fee requested by Extasy for processing the order, will be charged at the time of the order, and subsequent installments may be paid within a maximum of 30 days, calculated from the date of the Customer's last payment.
● Tickets to be purchased in January 2023 may be paid in a maximum of 6 (six) instalments, the first instalment + the 50 lei fee requested by Extasy for processing the order will be charged at the time of ordering the ticket, and the next instalment will be paid within a maximum of 30 days from the date of the Customer's last payment.
● Tickets to be purchased in February 2023 may be paid in a maximum of 5 (five) instalments, the first instalment + the 50 lei fee requested by Extasy for processing the order will be charged at the time of ordering the ticket and the next instalment will be paid within a maximum of 30 days from the date of the Customer's last payment.
● Tickets to be purchased in March 2023 may be paid in a maximum of 4 (four) instalments, the first instalment + the 50 lei fee requested by Extasy for processing the order will be charged at the time of ordering the ticket and the next instalment will be paid within a maximum of 30 days from the date of the Customer's last payment.
● Tickets to be purchased in April 2023 may be paid in a maximum of 3 (three) instalments, the first instalment + the 50 lei fee requested by Extasy for processing the order will be charged at the time of ordering the ticket and the next instalment will be paid within a maximum of 30 days from the date of the Customer's last payment.
● Tickets to be purchased in May 2023 may be paid in a maximum of 2 (two) instalments, the first instalment + the 50 lei fee requested by Extasy for processing the order will be charged at the time of ordering the ticket and the next instalment will be paid within a maximum of 30 days from the date of the Customer's last payment.
● Tickets purchased in June 2023 may be paid in a maximum of 1 instalment, the first instalment of the first instalment + the 50 lei fee requested by Extasy for processing the order will be charged at the time of ordering the ticket and the next instalment will be paid within a maximum of 30 days from the date of the Customer's last payment.
● Tickets purchased after July cannot be paid for in instalments and must be paid upfront.

Once the order has been placed, each person will receive a confirmation email.

Extasy will try to debit your account with the price of the instalments according to the terms mentioned above. If it is not possible to debit your account, for any reason and for any payment instalment, the ticket will not be considered as purchased and Extasy will cancel it from the system, so you will not be allowed access to the Festival and the amounts previously paid (whatever their number) will not be recoverable and will remain the property of the Partner).
It is your responsibility to make sure that you have the amount of each instalment in your account, so that the debit can be made validly and on time.

Thus, by ordering the pass(es) you agree to the automatic debiting of your account by Extasy with the price of the pass(es) ordered! Withdrawals will be made from your card, with which you registered in the Extasy App or on the website www.extasy.com.
The delivery of the pass(es) ordered and paid for will be made online to the Client account in the Extasy App/Extasy website.

To the extent that the withdrawal of the ordered pass(es) from the Customer's card is not successful, the ordered pass(es) will not be considered as purchased.

V. GENERAL CONDITIONS
The Organizer reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to disqualify any person who tampers with the registration procedure or operation of the Campaign, who violates these Rules, who acts in an unethical or disruptive manner, or who is determined to be acting with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any person. The use of fraudulent methods of entering the Campaign in any manner will result in the cancellation of all registrations by such methods, and persons using such methods will be disqualified. If, for any reason, this Campaign cannot be run as planned
due to causes beyond the control of the Organizer/Extasy, fraud, technical problems, or any other causes which, in the opinion of the Organizer/Extasy, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Campaign, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Campaign. In the event that the Campaign is terminated due to force majeure, fraud or technical difficulties before the end of the Campaign Period, an official announcement will be made.

VI. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall the Organizer be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, arising out of your participation in this Campaign. Without limiting the foregoing, the products and services offered by the Organizer, including this Campaign, are offered "as is", without warranties additional, express or implied, to those which the Organizer is required by applicable law to provide.

VII. LEGISLATION AND DISPUTES
These Rules are governed by Romanian law. If one of the clauses is declared void, the other clauses will not be affected and will continue to be valid and applicable under Romanian law. Any dispute arising from these Rules shall be settled by the competent courts of the Organizer's headquarters.

VIII. FORCE MAJEURE
Force majeure is any event that cannot be controlled, remedied or foreseen by the Organizer, including the impossibility of the Organizer, for reasons beyond its control and whose occurrence determines its inability to fulfill its obligations under these Rules. If the above situation occurs or any other situation of force majeure occurs that prevents or delays the execution of the Rules or the continuation of the Campaign, the Organizer shall be exempt from liability for the fulfilment of the obligations for the period during which the fulfilment of the obligations is prevented or delayed according to the law.

IX. TERMINATION OF THE CAMPAIGN
This Campaign may be terminated in the event of an event of force majeure or in the event of a change in the legislative framework such that the organization and running of the Campaign requires an increase in the budget allocated to this project.

X. LEGAL BASIS
This Regulation is in accordance with the provisions of national legislation on the marketing of products and services, namely Government Ordinance no. 99/2000 and the legislation on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data. Complaints about products or services involved in the Campaign after the end of the Campaign in accordance with these Rules will not be considered and will not represent the responsibility of the Organizer. In case of attempt or fraud of the Campaign system, abuse or any facts affecting the image of the Organizer, the Organizer reserves the right to take all necessary measures to remedy the situation. The Organizer will take all necessary measures to run the Campaign in normal conditions as described above, but does not assume responsibility for complaints, disputes of participants that are not aimed at violating the legal framework in force.


CAMPAIGN RULES
PRE-ORDER TICKET TO THE "UNTOLD" FESTIVAL, 2023 edition


I. PREAMBLE
The campaign "Pre-order a ticket to the Untold Festival, 2023 edition" (hereinafter referred to as "the Festival") is organized by UNTOLD PRODUCTION SRL company, a Romanian legal entity with registered office in Cluj-Napoca, General Eremia Grigorescu Street 122A, Cluj county, registered in the Trade Register of the Cluj Court with no. J12/5129/26.10.2021, with Tax Registration Code 45114420 and it applies to persons (hereinafter "Client") who:
- hold a valid account on the "Extasy" application or Extasy platform;
- pay 10 (ten) euros for each pass pre-ordered at a special price from our Partner EXTASY SRL, through the Extasy App or from the www.extasy.com website, online with a bank card;

At the time of entering the campaign you accept sole responsibility for deciding whether your participation is legal under any jurisdiction applicable to you. By entering the Campaign, you agree to these Rules and to the fact that the decisions of the Organiser are final and binding in relation to the Campaign.
Online payment by bank card is the easiest and fastest method of payment, which is why Clients who are holders of a credit or debit card of any kind (e.g. VISA, Mastercard) may purchase a limited number of Festival passes, put on sale by the Organiser, and pay by debiting their account, on the date(s) specified in the Rules.
These Regulations contain the provisions which each Client undertakes to observe and to which he/she declares his/her agreement.
The Rules are available free of charge to any Client in the Extasy App and on the website www.extasy.com.

II. RIGHT OF PARTICIPATION
Any person with full legal capacity, who has pre-registered on the website www.untold.com and who purchases products participating in the campaign during the period mentioned below, within the limits of the available stock of the Organiser, may participate in this campaign.

III. CAMPAIGN PERIOD AND LOCATION
The Campaign will run on the Extasy App and on the www.extasy.com website from 21.11.2022 to 27.11.2022.

IV. INFORMATION ON THE PRODUCTS INVOLVED IN THE CAMPAIGN AND THE CAMPAIGN MECHANISM
Any natural or legal person who pays 10 (ten) euros and makes a pre-order for one of the Festival passes, can enjoy a special pass price. The tickets that can be purchased following the payment of 10 (ten) euros as a pre-order price are:
1. A standard General Access Basic Pass guarantees the Client access to the Festival for the entire duration of the Festival, from the first day until the end of the Festival;
2. Standard Risk-Free Pass guarantees the Client access to the Festival for the entire duration of the Festival, as well as the right to a refund in case of no-show, according to the conditions set by the Organiser;
3. The V.I.P. Pass guarantees the Client access to the Festival for the entire duration of the Festival, from the first day until the end of the Festival.
VIP Pass holders are granted access to a specially designed bar area with premium drink options. Access to the Festival for VIP pass holders is through a special entrance.
The VIP pass is for people over 18.
Each person can pre-order a maximum of 4 passes of any type in return for a fee of 10 (ten) euros per pass.
After pre-ordering, each person will receive an e-mail confirming the pre-order and receipt of the pre-order price.
Extasy will try to charge the card with the price of the pre-ordered subscriptions in several stages, starting on 28.11.2022, in order to guarantee the completion of your pre-order.
Thus, the first debiting stage will take place on 28.11.2022 at 11:00, 13:00 and 17:00.
If the first debiting attempt fails, the second attempt will take place on 01.12.2022 at 11:00. If the latter attempt also fails, there shall be a final debiting attempt on 05.12.2022 at 11:00.
By pre-ordering the pass(es) and paying the amount of 10 (ten) euros for each pre-ordered ticket, you agree to the automatic debiting of your account with the price of the pre-ordered pass(es) from your card, with which you have registered in the Extasy App or on the website www.extasy.com.
Campaign participants who have paid the amount of 10 (ten) euros for each pre-ordered subscription and whose debit has been successfully completed, will receive the amount of 50 RON in the equivalent of coins (coins) valid for 5 days from the time of debit to be used to purchase products or services on the website www.extasy.com or the Extasy App.
Delivery of the pre-ordered and paid pass(es) will be made online to the Client's email address.
The special price for pre-ordered subscriptions is:
1. Standard General Access Basic Pass - 119 euros + taxes;
2. Standard Risk-Free Pass - 139 euros + taxes;
3. V.I.P. Pass - 340 euro + taxes;
In case of failure to withdraw the pre-ordered subscriptions from the Customer's card, the amount of 10 (ten) euros will remain in the Campaign Organiser's account and the subscriptions will not be considered as purchased.

Without limiting the foregoing, the products and services offered by the Organiser, including this Campaign, are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, additional to those which the Organiser is bound by under the terms of this Campaign is required by applicable law to provide.
