Individuals with health issues that could be aggravated or triggered by the dynamics they are subjected to while using the system should not use it. If they choose to do so, they fully assume any potential consequences, and the club cannot be held responsible.

The rental fee is non-refundable, including in cases where participants are unable to complete the experience due to personal reasons, regardless of the reasons that arise. Some examples of situations where no refund will be provided include emergencies requiring leaving the club or interrupting the experience due to discomfort caused by motion sickness.
