Mountain Bike Ride in Volcanoes Land

Biking on a distinct land, between meadows and forests, you can enjoy the true mountain biking pleasure. On forest or carriage roads, ascending and descending, with gentle or steep slopes, the Eastern Carpathians offer you all the conditions for an unforgettable ride.

Nature everywhere, varied route, developed by a professional guide and the wonderful view, lead us into a charming world.

Our tour starts from Balvanyos Baths, where we discover the first natural treasures of the Ciomad Mountains, an extremely interesting part of the Eastern Carpathians.

We start the route by visiting the Apor Girls' Baths, where we learn about natural springs, then we take photos of Bixad panorama. On a hidden road we are cycling on the southern edge of the crater, and on a side road we descend to the volcanic lake St. Ana. We rest for a while, then take a turn around the lake, and finally meet the botanical rarities of the Tinovul Mohos.

As it is customizable, we recommend this experience also to families with small children or older children (over 150cm height).
