What could be more relaxing than tanning on a sailboat, while the waves are swaying you, the sea breeze is gently caressing you, your hand is freezing on your champagne glass and the shore is barely visible on the horizon?
Try this experience you will never forget.
Are you tired of monotonous days on the beach watching a sailboat from the shore? You are just a click away from changing that.
Mamaia or offshore cruise
Departing from Tomis harbour, we sail past Modern beach, 3 Papuci beach and then parallel to Mamaia resort toward near Năvodari camp. For those eager to take a dip in the open sea, we can make a stop. Of course, anyone interested in the art of sailing can participate as an active crew member.
Corbu cruise
Corbu beach is the newest beach on the Romanian Black Sea coast, located a short distance from the famous resorts of Mamaia and Năvodari to the south and the Danube Delta reserve to the north.
This beach is secluded, wild and still unspoilt, the fine sand is mixed with shells of clams and snails and the water is clean, making it a favourite with tourists looking for an oasis of peace and recreation, without music in the speakers, clubs and beach parties or five-star hotels, the only sound heard here being the one of the waves.
Departing from the tourist port of Tomis, we sail parallel to the resort of Mamaia, passing by the former Năvodari camp and the Rompetrol refinery and then anchoring in the deserted area of Corbu beach for an hour, during which you can swim, sunbathe or have a cold beer on board the yacht.
If we are in luck, we will also see dolphins that have made a habit of making an appearance alongside our boats.
Costinești cruise
Costinești resort is located in the extension of the village of the same name, about 30 kilometers from Constanța, between Tuzla (north) and Olimp (south). Known as the youth resort, Costinești welcomes its guests in a cheerful and lively atmosphere.
The resort's beach is watched over by the two symbols of Costinești - the Obelisk and the wreck of the ship Evanghelia, which ran aground in 1960.
The resort has greatly expanded in recent years, considerably enlarging its accommodation capacity.
Leaving Tomis harbour, we head south, leaving behind the Casino - the symbol of Constanța and then continuing past the port of Constanța and Agigea. We will anchor for lunch near the famous wreck.
Vadu cruise
Vadu beach is a virgin, wild, undeveloped, unknown, yet, very beautiful. Compared to the beaches of Corbu, Gura Portiței, Sf Gheorghe and Sulina, Vadu beach is the wildest. All of the before-mentioned beaches offer peace and calmness and can be an alternative to the overcrowded Romanian coastline.
Vadu is a 4-5 km fine-sand long beach. Through the sand there are numerous shells, snails and even seaweed that resemble small coral formations. Among them the seagulls are home, undisturbed by the presence of humans. The fish present in this part of the sea are grey mullet and scad. At the end of the beach is the Vadul Pescarilor Fishery, our anchorage and stopover. The beach is not equipped, there are no kiosks, umbrellas, and camping by caravan or car is forbidden. There are few people on the beach, and it is completely quiet, interrupted only by seagulls and sea waves.
Departure from the harbour is at 9:00. On our route, we will sail parallel to Mamaia resort and Năvodari camp, passing the Rompetrol refinery and Corbu beach. With a bit of luck, we can also enjoy the appearance of some dolphins near the boat.
Around noon, we arrive at the Vadu Fishery. Here we anchor and go ashore by dingy (inflatable motor boat). Guests can dine at the restaurant within the complex, renowned for its fish specialties, or enjoy the deserted beach in this area. The break will last two hours.
Return to the port will be around 6pm.
Limanu cruise
This cruise is one of the most beautiful we do on the Romanian coast. We sail parallel to all the seaside resorts, admire Capul Tuzla, make a stop at the famous wreck of the ship Evanghelia in Costinești, pass Cape Aurora and enter the Mangalia shipyard in what seems to be a fjord - Lake Limanu. This area has been declared a Special Protection Area for Birds and is of peculiar beauty. After 30 minutes of walking on this lake with many bends, we reach the most beautiful marina in the country - Marina Limanu, a special place for sailing lovers. The marina's restaurant offers the best fishing food in the area, so we definitely will not skip it.
On the way back, a stop for a swim in the open sea will be a delight for the brave ones. Travelling such a long distance, there's every chance of encountering the pods of dolphins we have often found in this area.
Our boats are equipped with bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, showers, stove, fridge, mp3 player with station to give you all the comfort you need on board.
Attention! Any cruise may change its schedule or be postponed to a later date if the weather is deemed not conducive to safe sailing for passengers.
Capacity: 10 persons.
