Reflexology is a very good method of preventing and treating certain disorders or conditions. At the extremities of the body - soles, palms, nose, ears - there are nerve endings and reflex areas of the organs. Reflexology techniques are based on principles similar to acupuncture and acupressure - the stimulation of reflex points. Through reflexotherapy, toxins can be removed from the body and the energy circuit in the body can be unblocked.
