ESSE therapy (Energetic Synthesis of Structural Emobodiment) is an energy session that works on the body, muscles, joints and involves light or intense massage, depending on the particular needs of each person. It takes elements from several manual therapies and creates a relaxation of the muscles, in order to relieve back pain, spinal problems or tension built up due to stress. The added energy along with physical manipulation helps the physical body to align and balance as it was before the storage of physical and emotional trauma as well as baggage taken from loved ones.

ESSE works on both the physical and the emotional/ energetic side. The body does not forget but stores the memory of trauma. For example, when certain areas are touched, you may still feel pain from a fall that happened a long time ago.
