One session of Bars produces more transformation than years of therapy.
At worst, after one session of Bars you may feel like you have had a good massage, and at best, your entire life will change. The problems in our lives and in the world are the result of lack of awareness. When you become more aware, situations in your life change miraculously.

Working with healing energies is always welcome, because it helps you become aware of where you are limiting yourself, where your blockages are and how you can work your way out of stress, anxiety or sadness.

As the very people who developed the therapy point out, we are so conditioned to see the problems in our lives that we forget to see the possibilities. Or even change our perspective.
