On 30 April (12:00 - 16:00) we invite you to a grand Brunch!
There will be live music with Raluca Gheorghiu, and the menu created in collaboration with Chef Marco Genna, will delight your taste buds with delicious and tasty dishes.
Brunch menu:
👉 Hummus with roasted peppers in soy and garlic;
👉 Roasted venison cream with beetroot tartare;
👉 Baked omelette with smoked salmon, zucchini and turmeric mayonnaise;
👉 Oriental couscous salad with crunchy vegetables;
👉 Crispy baked chickpeas with BBQ powder;
👉 Mini focaccia with bacon, pickled onions and truffle oil;
👉 White beans with smoke and ginger;
👉 Cheese with honey and lemon zest;
👉 Pork paté with truffles and pickled onions;
👉 Focaccia and bread;
👉 Chia pudding with coconut milk, banana and oats.
