Cluj Symphony Experience 2025

Festival Rules:

Access to Romulus Vuia Ethnographic Park in Cluj-Napoca is through the gate from Baciu Forest in Hoia, not the main museum entrance. Once you arrive at the main entrance to the Ethnographic Park, use the path on the left to reach the access area.

Tickets can be purchased at the festival entrance or on extasy.com. Purchased passes are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, refunds will be issued according to the organizer's policy.

Permitted items: small backpacks, prescription medication, raincoats, blankets, hammocks, flags, selfie sticks, and cameras/video equipment.

Prohibited items: drugs, food, drinks, alcohol, bottles, fireworks or any kind of explosives, scooters, skateboards, hoverboards, graffiti, knives, blades, or weapons of any kind, drones, stickers or promotional materials, portable speakers, and other dangerous objects. Each participant will be searched upon entry to ensure they are not carrying prohibited or dangerous items.

Children aged 14 and under have free entry but must be accompanied and supervised by an adult.

Pets are allowed. The owner must keep the pet on a leash within the festival grounds and clean up after it.

We encourage you to use public transport to get to or near the festival, including buses 37, 26, 27, 28, 30, 41, and 44.

Smoking is only allowed in designated areas within the Ethnographic Park.

Persons with disabilities, as well as their companions, are entitled to a free festival pass, which can be requested by emailing the organizer or via a private message on the festival's Facebook page. The organizer is not responsible for any incidents/accidents involving persons with disabilities. Responsibility lies entirely with the individuals and/or their companions. They are also responsible for supervising them and any damages caused by failing to do so.

In case the weather forecast predicts rain during the festival days, the organizers may choose to move the Mainstage concerts to an indoor venue, ensuring that the audience can enjoy the performances in optimal conditions. In this case, Cluj Symphony Experience tickets and passes will be valid in the new venue.

Payment in Installments Policy:

Any individual or legal entity placing an order for one of the festival passes can enjoy the option of paying in installments. Each person can order as many tickets as they like, and the number of installments will be determined based on the date of the ticket purchase, as follows:

● Tickets purchased in October 2024 can be paid in a maximum of 10 (ten) installments. The first installment, plus a 50 RON fee charged by Extasy for order processing, will be collected at the time of the ticket purchase. The next installment will be due within a maximum of 30 days from the last payment made by the customer.
● Tickets purchased in November 2024 can be paid in a maximum of 9 (nine) installments. The first installment, plus a 50 RON processing fee, will be collected upon ticket purchase. The next payment will be due within 30 days of the customer’s last payment.
● Tickets purchased in December 2024 can be paid in a maximum of 8 (eight) installments. The first installment, plus the 50 RON processing fee, will be collected upon ticket purchase. The next installment is due within 30 days of the customer’s last payment.
● Tickets purchased in January 2025 can be paid in a maximum of 7 (seven) installments. The first installment, plus the 50 RON processing fee, will be collected upon ticket purchase. The next installment is due within 30 days of the customer’s last payment.
● Tickets purchased in February 2025 can be paid in a maximum of 6 (six) installments. The first installment, plus the 50 RON processing fee, will be collected upon ticket purchase. The next installment is due within 30 days of the customer’s last payment.
● Tickets purchased in March 2025 can be paid in a maximum of 5 (five) installments. The first installment, plus the 50 RON processing fee, will be collected upon ticket purchase. The next installment is due within 30 days of the customer’s last payment.
● Tickets purchased in April 2025 can be paid in a maximum of 4 (four) installments. The first installment, plus the 50 RON processing fee, will be collected upon ticket purchase. The next installment is due within 30 days of the customer’s last payment.
● Tickets purchased in May 2025 can be paid in a maximum of 3 (three) installments. The first installment, plus the 50 RON processing fee, will be collected upon ticket purchase. The next installment is due within 30 days of the customer’s last payment.
● Tickets purchased in June 2025 can be paid in a maximum of 2 (two) installments. The first installment, plus the 50 RON processing fee, will be collected upon ticket purchase. The next installment is due within 30 days of the customer’s last payment.
● Tickets purchased in July 2025 can be paid in a maximum of 1 installment. The first installment, plus the 50 RON processing fee, will be collected upon ticket purchase. The next payment is due within 30 days of the customer’s last payment.
● Tickets purchased after July 2025 cannot be paid in installments and must be purchased in a single payment.

After placing the order, each person will receive a confirmation email.

Extasy will attempt to debit your account for the installment payments according to the terms mentioned above. If, for any reason, a payment cannot be processed, the ticket will not be considered purchased, and Extasy will cancel it in the system. Consequently, you will not be allowed access to the festival, and any payments already made (regardless of their number) will not be refunded. It is your responsibility to ensure that the necessary funds are available in your account for each installment so that the payment can be processed validly and on time.

By ordering the pass(es), you agree to the automatic debiting of your account by Extasy for the cost of the ordered pass(es)! The amount will be withdrawn from the card you registered in the Extasy App or on the www.extasy.com website.

The purchased pass(es) will be delivered online, in the customer's account, in the "Wallet" section of the Extasy App.

If Extasy cannot successfully withdraw the due amount for the ordered pass(es) from the customer's card, the pass(es) will not be considered purchased.
