About

On our tour we will experience landscape photography and portrait photography together. We will talk about exposure, framing, photo technique and a bit about editing. We will taste together selected dishes, traditional platter, apa plata and horinca in the courtyard of a renovated traditional house.
The tour starts in the village of Borzești, crosses the Borzești gorges and ends in the village of Borzești. The following photo tours will take place: April 29 / May 20 / June 10 / July 1 / July 29 / August 12 / September 2.
On request, round-trip transportation can be provided, the price of the service being calculated according to the number of participants and the pick-up location. On request, photo tours can also be organized in other periods.

Brief description of the area:
The natural setting: the forest enters your house, the plants are untouched by human hands, you can catch wild animals in their natural environment (rabbits, squirrels, deer, eagles). There are three homologated routes, one of which leads to Cheile Turzii. The route in Cheile Borzești is equipped with cables and metal ropes (via ferrata) from where you can admire the waterfalls and springs of Borzești that flow into Aries.

The authentic village:
The village of Borzești is an open-air museum where the houses preserve their traditional architecture. The settlement is marked by the bloody history of the Tatar invasion that moved the village from Dealul Ciungilor to its current location. From 1922 through the personality of Alexandru Borza (who designed the Cluj-Napoca Botanical Garden), the village changed its name from Berchis to Borzești.

Spiritual space:
A wise saying says that this village seems forgotten by the world but has never been forgotten by God. The construction of the church tower in the village is closely related to the Toroskoi count. The first village library existed here. having a great influence on the personalities who have done honor to this place.

Experience Rules

This tour is aimed at amateur photographers, not just those who own a camera, you can also participate with a smartphone.
Access to people who are intoxicated or who have consumed prohibited substances is prohibited.
In case of bad weather we reserve the right to reschedule the photo tour for a later date.

Required equipment:
- the phone / camera
- trekking shoes (hiking)
- rain jacket / cape
- change shirt (if necessary)
- sunscreen and tick/mosquito spray (optional)
- water bottle (recommended 2 liters)
- medicines (if necessary, depending on the needs of each participant)

Difficulty level of the hike: easy to medium.
