Art & Soul Shop in Bucharest

The Art&Soul Shop is a business simulation that challenges teams to coordinate and collaborate to set up a shop with hand-made products. The business will have: a creative workshop, a point of sale and customers, as follows:
- creative workshops where products are produced for the shop.
- the shop where we sell and auction the products;
And then we all become customers, buying the creations of our colleagues.

With the resources provided by the facilitators, each team has to decide on: how to organise, team structure, production flow, prices, communication and sales strategy.

The programme can also be organised as a charitable action, in the sense that the products can be bought by the participants themselves and the money raised will be donated to a foundation.

The activity can take place both indoors and outdoors and can be organised for a group of minimum 15, maximum 300 people, in any city in the country. For personalised offers, please email us at support@extasy.com.
