Festival rules:
Tickets can be purchased at the festival entrance or on extasy.com.

Access is permitted with small backpacks/bags, prescription medication, rain ponchos, blankets, hammocks, flags, and selfie sticks. Cameras and video cameras are allowed.

Access is not permitted with drugs, food, beverages, alcohol, fireworks, or any explosive materials, scooters, skateboards, hoverboards, graffiti materials, knives, box cutters, or any weapons, drones, stickers or promotional items, portable speakers, and other hazardous objects.
Each participant will be checked upon entry to ensure they do not have any prohibited or dangerous items.

Children up to the age of 14 have free entry and must be accompanied and supervised by an adult.

Pets are allowed. The owner must keep the animal on a leash within the festival perimeter and is responsible for cleaning up after them.

Individuals classified with a disability, as well as their companions, are entitled to a free festival pass upon request via email to the organizer or through the Facebook page private messages.

The organizer will not be held responsible for any incidents/accidents involving persons with disabilities; full responsibility lies with the persons with disabilities and/or their companions. They will also be responsible for supervising them and any damages resulting from failure to fulfill this obligation.

In case the weather forecast predicts rain during the festival days, the organizers may choose to move the Mainstage concerts to an indoor venue, ensuring that the audience can enjoy the performances in optimal conditions. In this case, Cluj Symphony Experience tickets and passes will be valid in the new venue.

Purchase in installments policy:
Any individual or legal entity ordering one of the festival participation passes can enjoy paying the price in installments. Each person can order as many tickets as they want, with the number of installments determined based on the date of ticket purchase, as follows:

● Tickets purchased in April 2024 can be paid in a maximum of 5 (five) installments. The first installment, including a processing fee of 50 lei requested by Extasy for order processing, will be collected at the time of ticket purchase, with subsequent installments to be paid within a maximum of 30 days from the date of the Customer's last payment.
● Tickets purchased in May 2024 can be paid in a maximum of 4 (four) installments. The first installment, including a processing fee of 50 lei requested by Extasy for order processing, will be collected at the time of ticket purchase, with subsequent installments to be paid within a maximum of 30 days from the date of the Customer's last payment.
● Tickets purchased in June 2024 can be paid in a maximum of 3 (three) installments. The first installment, including a processing fee of 50 lei requested by Extasy for order processing, will be collected at the time of ticket purchase, with subsequent installments to be paid within a maximum of 30 days from the date of the Customer's last payment.
● Tickets purchased in July 2024 can be paid in a maximum of 2 (two) installments. The first installment, including a processing fee of 50 lei requested by Extasy for order processing, will be collected at the time of ticket purchase, with subsequent installments to be paid within a maximum of 30 days from the date of the Customer's last payment.
● Tickets purchased in August 2024 can be paid in a single installment. The first installment, including a processing fee of 50 lei requested by Extasy for order processing, will be collected at the time of ticket purchase, with subsequent installments to be paid within a maximum of 30 days from the date of the Customer's last payment.
● Tickets purchased after September cannot be paid in installments, and their purchase will be made in a single installment.

After placing the order, each person will receive a confirmation email.

Extasy will attempt to debit your account with the installment amounts according to the terms mentioned above. If the account debit is not possible for any reason and for any payment installment, the ticket will not be considered purchased, and Extasy will cancel it from the system. Consequently, you will not be allowed access to the Festival, and any amounts previously paid (regardless of their number) will not be refunded. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the amount for each installment in your account so that the debit can be validly and timely executed.

Thus, by ordering the pass/passes, you agree to the automatic debit of your account by Extasy with the price corresponding to the ordered pass/passes! The amounts will be withdrawn from your card, with which you registered in the Extasy Application or on the website www.extasy.com. The delivery of the ordered and paid passes will be made online, in the Client's account in the Extasy Application.

If the withdrawal of the amount corresponding to the ordered pass/passes from the Customer's card is not successful, the ordered pass/passes will not be considered purchased.
