Pre-ordering is recommended but not required. This applies to all table types: VIP Front Stage, VIP Side Stage, VIP Standing Front Stage, and Regular Standing.

How Pre-ordering Works:
You can specify your drink preferences either when booking a table or any time after, up until 17:00 on the day of the event.

Convenience: Be welcomed with your pre-ordered drink already served upon arrival.
Personalised Support: Receive dedicated assistance in selecting and customising your drinks, ensuring everything meets your preferences. For help, contact the phone number provided for reservations.
Flexibility: Pre-orders can be modified or adjusted up until 17:00 on the event day.

Payment Details:
Payments at the bar are made exclusively via event card or bank card. Cash payments are not accepted.

Event Cards can be obtained at the entrance and recharged both at the entrance and at designated top-up points within the venue.

For VIP tables and VIP standing, payment options include:

Unused funds on the event card can be withdrawn before the end of the event. Refunds will no longer be possible afterward.

Purchased tickets are non-refundable.
In case of event cancellation or rescheduling, money will be refunded according to the organiser's regulations.
