Off-road Self Driving in Brașov

You will be behind the wheel of a 4 × 4 car, ready for the roads that cross the mountains. Off-road route in the Bran area and the Piatra Craiului mountains. With a duration of 4 hours, the route will start from Bran and the destination is the limit of the Piatra Craiului National Park. The participants will drive by rotation, on sections of moderate difficulty, the crew being made up of 3 people in each car.

We will leave in the morning from Bran to the Prapastiile Zarnestiului, from there we will continue the route to Magura and Pestera, we will pass through Sirnea, Fundata, reaching the Pestera Monastery.

Off-road tours organized on medium difficulty routes can be attended by anyone with a driving license, regardless of experience in the sport. The off-road tours are organized on Saturday, depending on the number of participants, being scheduled at 10:00. Groups of at least 6 persons can book the off-road tour any day of the week. The maximum number of participants for this experience is 20.

Transportation to the location is not included.

As a measure to protect the area, the routes will follow the network of forest roads in the area, of varying degrees of difficulty. It is forbidden to access inside the forest body, on the alpine pastures or to cross the rivers through undeveloped areas. The column of cars must avoid approaching herds of animals or wild animals, starting from the premise that on the mountain, off-road cars never have priority.
