Shooting Range in Cluj

Access is made only on the basis of a valid identity document.

SAFETY AND CONDUCT INSTRUCTIONS:
- the access of all the persons in the rooms and spaces that form the range will be made only with a companion accompanied by the range staff;
- the persons who are going to participate in the shooting session are accompanied only by the instructor in the shooting range, until the shooting alignment;
- the shootings are performed only in the presence and under the supervision of the instructor;
- during the execution of the shootings, the access door in the technical area will be permanently closed;
- the shooter is assigned a single firing line;
- it is forbidden to use any other firing line than the assigned one, regardless of whether it is free or not;
- during the shooting session, it is mandatory for the shooters to wear the protective equipment composed of ear protection for shooting and goggles;
- the instructor coordinates the entire activity carried out during the shooting session, and the shooter is obliged to respect his orders;
- it is forbidden to return the weapon by the shooter to the rear and side directions, compared to the firing direction, even if the weapon is unloaded;
- after the last fire, or when they receive the command: "STOP - UNLOAD", the shooters make sure that they no longer have a cartridge in the magazine handgun, and will place the gun on the table with the barrel oriented towards the firing direction (towards the target). The loader will be removed and the armament for control of the instructor in the range will be presented, after which the weapon is deposited safely on the table;
- in case an incident occurs during the shooting session, the shooter signals by raising his free hand and announces vocally: "INCIDENT" to the line that was assigned to him, remaining in position;
- the incidents that appeared during the firing (misfire, double feed, etc.) are remedied on the firing line only by the instructor in the firing range, permanently maintaining the weapon pointed with the barrel towards the axis of the firing range;
- the remediation of the malfunctions to the armament with which the firing is performed is done outside the technical compound of the range, only after it has been unloaded and secured, in the presence of the instructor in the range;

IN THE RANGE IT IS PROHIBITED:
- the introduction of weapons and ammunition that are not authorized and registered;
- loading the armament without the instructor's command in the training ground;
- pointing the weapons, even if they are not loaded, towards people, sideways, up, down and behind the range;
- leaving weapons or ammunition unattended, even for short intervals;
- handling (removing from the holster, box) the armament in the waiting area or in other areas, except for the firing alignment, at the command and under the direct supervision of the instructor in the range;
- the approach of any person to the weapons left on the firing line as long as there are people in the target field;
- firing when the maintenance personnel are in the firing range (at targets);
- noisy behavior or that may prevent the shooter from hearing the instructor's commands in the range;
- introduction and consumption of alcoholic beverages;
- the introduction and consumption of drugs or medications whose effects are likely to affect the safety of shooting;
- access of persons under the influence of alcoholic beverages, hallucinogenic substances, psychotropic substances or drugs whose effects are likely to affect the safety of smoking;
- access of persons who are in an advanced state of fatigue or suffer from a temporary illness that may generate a state of danger in the use of weapons and ammunition;
- access of people who show signs of instability or mental lability;
- smoking on the firing line;
- access to the technical area with dogs or other animals.
