Fitness Camp in Vama Buzăului
Fitness camp is a physical training program, derived from military training methods, adapted to be practiced by anyone, regardless of physical condition, age, sex, or body weight. This module is ideal for those who, for various reasons, do not enter a gym. It is the opportunity to discover the pleasure of physical effort in the open air, in a picturesque landscape, with "comrades" with a comparable sports training.
The program provides the participant with the acquisition of methods and means of physical training, notions of nutrition that can be put into daily practice at home, and in time it will help you improve your physical condition by increasing exercise capacity, muscle strength, correcting wrong body postures, body weight control. During the program, the participants will be part of a work team, and they will pass together the tests given by the instructors.
The team will be composed of physical education and sports teachers, fitness instructors, instructors of various sports and mountain activities. The "Fitness Camp" program takes place between Friday and Sunday and it will include every day, 2 exercise sessions that require sustained effort and mountain activities or inspired by military training, moderate physical exercise, relaxing and fun: orientation with map, survival scenarios, canoe rides, etc.
In this module of physical training, the emphasis will be on a healthy nutrition, meant to ensure the necessary energy in conditions of effort, being the ideal moment for the beginning of a balanced, correct diet. Trainers will present nutrition classes during your meals, so that you can put the eating methods into practice every day. Foods with a low carbohydrate intake will be consumed: cooked vegetables/ grilled with butter, baked meat, different kinds of salads, fried trout, baked omelets, sheep milk cheese, homemade yogurt, polenta, etc.
- Fitness Camp T-shirt and cap, isoprene, dumbbells, fitness step, etc;
- all equipment necessary for outdoor activities.
- casual sports shoes, tracksuits, shorts;
- outdoor boots/ boots - preferably used;
- windbreaker, several pairs of sports socks.
For this experience, a minimum of 10 persons and a maximum of 40 persons is required.
