Yoga sometimes appears in your life, that you stop. If you open up, it can show you a new way, it can bring you a different perspective on life, a new way of perceiving yourself. If you allow it, it can give you the opportunity to transform a moment of crisis into a moment of beneficial change and support you in your endeavor to build a healthier and more meaningful life.
Through yoga, you systematically awaken your ability to feel what is happening in your body, heart and mind. You learn to work with your breath and how to regain mental clarity. The more aware you are of your body, the more you will know how to take care of it.
Any time is suitable to start practicing yoga.

One-to-one private lessons
We offer you a complex range of yoga classes as well as private one-to-one courses in Body Art, Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Regenerative Yoga that can be held outside the schedule.
A private 1-to-1 Yoga class
- 60 minutes costs 250 lei,
- 90 minutes costs 300 lei.
Private classes are scheduled according to the trainer's availability.
This yoga class is created to support your well-being in the physical body, to develop mental and energetic clarity and balance, and to provide you with a safe space to reconnect with your Soul.
We will begin the class with conscious breathing and gentle movements to warm the body and reconnect with your essence, with yourself. We will go through some sequences of gentle somatic movement but also through sequences from the Hatha Yoga tradition.
We will then move the body through sequences that will have the role of warming up, bringing stability and alignment at the physical level, toning the muscles and releasing the body from tension.
We will practice both classical postures and creative sequences, to the rhythm of breathing.
We will ensure that the practice is an absolutely wonderful time for yourselves and you are encouraged to listen to the sensations in your body and do only what is right for you in the moment and take care of the well-being of your physical body.
We will finish the session with a restorative moment and we will access either Yin Yoga postures, restorative postures or from the somatic movement area to integrate all the information received by the body and we will end with a moment of meditation and conscious breathing, or pranayama.
