Learn to enjoy and appreciate nature more with the help of our mountain guide!

Degree of difficulty: medium - high.

During this experience you will learn:
- building a shelter in the forest/ snow/ under rocks or ice depending on the case and season;
- spatial orientation techniques;
- efficient heating in winter;
- how to find a spring;
- how you can filter and purify dirty water;
- how to light a fire;
- how to improvise fishing gear;
- which are the edible mushrooms, fruits and plants;
- how to prevent and cope a meeting with a wild animal;
- how to make good and strong knots, and so much more.

Necessities: backpack, boots, clothes, rain jacket, hammock, isoprene, mess kettle, knife, 5m parachute, sleeping bag, headlight and a small first aid kit + medicines in case of need.

The package includes: certified mountain guide and some of the minimum necessities that will be discussed in advance directly with the guide, including the food specific to this type of activity and water.

Observations: all the activities will take place exclusively outdoors and we will spend the night in tents, bivouacs, hammocks or even under the open sky around a fire.

Duration: 3 days in the summertime or 2 days in the cold season.
Number of participants: minimum 4 - maximum 10.
